7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you may return them postmarked within 7 days of arrival for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be returned in same conditions as they were sent. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may include any fees, packaging, transportation and postage costs incurred. Return shipping the responsibility of buyer. The seller is not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged by the postal service. Packages are insured at the buyers request at an additional charge. Priority, Certified and Signature Confirmation mail is available upon request at an additional charge. If you have bought rough or slabbed material from us and would like a refund, please do so BEFORE you cut or work on it. Once you cut it, it is yours and we will no longer offer refunds. If your item is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please file a damage or lost report with the shipping agency. We will provide you with proof that it was mailed and receipt of your payment. All size and weight information is approximate. By remitting payment you agree to these terms.
