Made in Turkey - light weight and non-tarnish.  Material is Zinc, Copper, Aluminum and Magnesium.  Largest circle is 1"x 1" and smaller circle is 6/8" x 6/8".  Adjustable.  20 inches, weight is 2.8 oz.
